Random Tips:

  • There is no reason to mess with the other functions on MITC. Clicking on random things may cause you to void your hours in some way, and we may not be able to fix it until the next pay period. Make sure you only use the functions described above.
  • Remember, the time you request off is a REQUEST not a guarantee.
  • If you are scheduled for a shift on MITC, it is your responsibility to find someone to cover that shift if you are unable to work it. No shows will NOT be tolerated.
  • New with this program: We (in the office) will receive a text alert if you are assigned to a shift and are more than 6 minutes late.
  • Your manager may send you messages on MITC. They will pop up first thing when you log in!
  • Schedules are made at LEAST 3 weeks in advance. Make sure you request time off as SOON as you know you need it.
