MITC Direction Sheet (Managers)

MITC Direction Sheet (Managers)

1. Go to http://aquavision.poolprofessionals.com/mymitc/

2. Sign in using your Employee ID number (as your username) and your Pin number as your password (provided to you by Pool Professionals).

3. The system will prompt you to change your password and username when you sign in for the first time. Make sure to change it to something that you can easily remember.

TO MAKE A SCHEDULE:

1. Once at the Control Panel after signing in, click the “Managers” tab on the left side of the screen.

2. Now click on “Schedules” once you are in the managers page and then click on “Fill Open Schedules”, which is the last option under “Schedules”.

3. Select “Job” (in this program, the pools are referred to as “Jobs”) and then select your date range. Click the green arrows until the first shifts come up.

4. Now that you see the shifts, click in the blank space next to the user icon.

5. Once you click that blank space, there is a drop down box that has all of your employees in it.

6. To assign an employee to that shift, just click on their name. After you are done, click “Save” at the bottom.

TO SEE THE WHOLE SCHEDULE:

If you would like to see the schedule in calendar form, go to “Job Calendar” underneath the “Schedules” section on the Manager’s screen. That will allow you to see all of the open shifts and who is assigned to each shift (once you make the schedule).

Random Tips:

— Under the manager’s tab, you can see all of the employees that are assigned to you under “Employees” and then “Employees”. Under that employees tab, you can also send a message to all of your employees or just select ones under “Messaging”. This will appear on the welcome screen when they sign in.

— If you would like to see your shifts only, click on “My Calendar” on the left, after you have filled the open shifts in “Fill Open Schedules”. Do not forget to schedule yourself!

— There is no reason to mess with the other functions on MITC. Clicking on random things may cause you to void your hours in some way, and we may not be able to fix it until the next pay period. Make sure you only use the functions described above.
